After applying under-eye concealer, use a wedged makeup sponge to pat a thick coat of Matte Perfect Loose Powderon top, getting as close to your waterline as possible. After 5 minutes applying your eye make-up, dust away the excess with a angled powder brush, and you’re good to go!
