Matte Foundation
We couldn’t live without Foundation. Woah, bold statement right? Well the thing is, it’s just so perfect at what it does and MUA’s Matte Foundation really does do it best. Look and feel gorgeous by simply popping a little bit of the Matte Foundation on the back of your hand and applying with a foundation brush, smoothing it over your skin. Start in the centre of the face and blend the product out – so as you don’t put too much on your skin in one go. Our Matte Foundation currently comes in three shades, too. For just £2 it’s amazing value and definitely worth every single penny (all 200 of them!!)

This is great product with an amazing price of £2... I wasnt sure of it when i swatched it but then when i applied it to my face it was lovely. Its a very creamy texture and gives good coverage. if you use a kabuki or stippling brush it will be a fuller coverage, i have also used it with a foundation brush which can give more of a dewy finish but definately not shiny looking. I still used powder to set my make up but it lasted all day and still looked good at 5pm when i got home... Im impressed and would recommend this to young and mature skin..... -

I got it during the half sale for 1 pound only and trust me, this is amazing! The texture is great and feels great when applied with a stipple brush! -

my mum has started to let me wear makeup well she always had but not foundation.. and she wanted to start me of with this one and its amazing its so light on my face and look natural, i use honeycomb if your a soft tan shade use this.. love it dosent leave me with spots like some other more expensive ones did! <3 xxx -

Cannot believe my luck finding this! One of the best foundations I have used. No, honestly! Really suited my skin type and gave it a lovely dewy finish. The only thing I will say that if you are looking for a matte finish, this doesn't really give one. It gives more of a luminous finish(which I love!) 10/10 -

wow i bought this and other things of mua one day and i thought ah 1 pound will not get me far but it has lasted me ages and then i put it on and it is not runny and it is not thick i love it and i have 3 of them now all shade 1 but i love them and u should get them! -

I really like using this foundation. as a makeup artist its great to work with. not too runny, not too thick, just the right texture. Gives a great matte very even finish to the skin, no patches. The colours obviously not many to choose from but the lightest is what i use on many of pale models and its worked mostly on 80% of them and on me, its my perfect shade and im like a fair and light kind of beige guy. £2 for a foundation you cannot say no to =] Doesnt smell funny aswell, and works well with powder over the top, such as a blot powder. Cant wait to use more in the summer days, maybe mix all 3 to get a gorgeous shade with abit of bronzer. Doesnt dry up aswell, my face still feels smooth, 12 hours later. Fades a little around my nose area but mainly keeps the colour and smoothness all together. works amazingly over the primer aswell, always use the primer from MUA before x
