Shipping Information and Delivery
All UK deliveries are sent via UPS and are guaranteed to be with you in two days from placing your order, if you place your order by 12 Noon GMT. You can track your order using the code provided. There are no restrictions on purchases of nail polish. The delivery charge is £3.60 and is free for all orders over £30.
European countries can chose between standard or special delivery. Standard delivery costs £5.50, we are unable to guarantee the date your order will arrive and some locations may take longer than 30 days. We are unable to send nail polish via standard delivery. Special delivery is a guaranteed 7 day service from receipt of your order and can be tracked using the code provided. There are no restrictions on purchases of nail polish. Special delivery charge is £10.50 and all orders over £30 are upgraded for free to this service.

Please note all charges are exclusive of import taxes and these are charged to you via the courier.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Please note however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch parcels within this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED?
We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control.
Orders placed under the Standard Delivery option are shipped via Royal Mail and an item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:
- 30 working days for delivery to Europe
- 35 working days for the rest of the world.
We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the dispatch date. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team using the contact us link, and we can assist.
Please note - there is a time limit of 6 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made.

REFUNDS, RETURNS OR ANY PROBLEMS
Should you have any problem with your order when it arrives with you please contact us via the contact form on http://www.muastore.co.uk/index.php/contact/
This email is only monitored Monday – Friday so please do not worry someone will get back to you (dependent on the number of queries pending).
If you receive an item which is faulty it would be really helpful if you could send us a picture if at all possible.
When you contact us please be sure to advise your name and order number and we will be happy to help.
We are not responsible for import custom charges. If customer refuses to pay them and the parcel is returned to us we won’t offer a refund.
If an item is faulty upon receipt we can either refund you for that item or send you a new one. If you have received an incorrect or missing an item form your order we can either refund for that item or send another. The solution will be dependent on your preference.
Please see above details for refunds on ‘lost’ items.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.

NAIL POLISH IN DELIVERIES
Please note - All orders containing Nail Polish must be shipped via the Guaranteed Delivery option. Royal Mail began enforcing the CAA guidelines on shipping Nail Polish in January 2013. For a while we had to suspend interntional deliveries to many countries as many carriers simply refused to take Nail Polishes.
We are now working with UPS, who is helping us to get our Nail Polishes delivered to a selection of countries.
