Shipping Information, Delivery & Returns

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and the Rest of the World.

PLEASE NOTE - We are currently unable to ship to the USA, Brazil and Chile. This is for a short time only and will be reinstated asap.


Delivery services

• STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £2.95

** FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £30

• EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £4.95

• INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £7.50


Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Please note however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch Standard UK parcels within this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.

Orders to a UK address are then sent via 1st class post through Royal Mail which they advise takes 2 to 5 working days, however this can sometimes take a little longer if the post office is having a few problems, and they have advised to allow 15 days for UK orders.

Items not received?

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:

15 working days in the UK

30 working days for delivery to Europe

35 working days for the rest of the world.

We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the dispatch date. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team using the contact us link, and we can assist.

Please note - there is a time limit of 6 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made. 


Refunds, returns or any problems

Should you have any problem with your order when it arrives with you please contact us via the contact form on http://www.muastore.co.uk/index.php/contact/ 

This email is only monitored Monday – Friday so please do not worry someone will get back to you (dependent on the number of queries pending).

If you receive an item which is faulty it would be really helpful if you could send us a picture if at all possible.

When you contact us please be sure to advise your name and order number and we will be happy to help.

If an item is faulty upon receipt we can either refund you for that item or send you a new one.  If you have received an incorrect or missing an item form your order we can either refund for that item or send another.  The solution will be dependent on your preference.

Please see above details for refunds on ‘lost’ items.

If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.
