All of MUA items can be considered as lactose free. Please note however we cannot guarantee that the items have not been in contact with lactose during the manufacturing process.

Please allow the expected delivery time before contacting support.

If you receive a confirmation email your order has been processed successfully. If not, please go to the My Account section of the website and click on My Orders to check it is there. If it is not there then please check if the amount has been debited from your account and contact us using the form.

Once processed, changes may not be possible. Please contact support immediately.
