However this time i ordered it and i used it once , i went to twist some more pencil out of the product after lightly using it once prior to this and there was none . I twisted until it clicked i even looked around to see if it snapped it hadnt there was just so little product in the pencil . This isnt usually the case and i would usually rate this pencil a 5* but this has really changed my mind on the product . I did reach out via email but also no response ."
