"The shade Sandstorm is actually nice for warm/deep skin — that’s the only good thing. But the product itself is so crumbly it’s basically dust inside the pan. Every time I dip my brush, powder flies everywhere — super messy and wasteful. It applies dry, doesn’t blend smoothly, and looks patchy. It feels like it’s already half broken. PRO/HACKS: Use the spatula applicator to control how much coverage you desire - apply a swatch of colour to your forehead, cheeks and bridge of nose using our Buffing Brush to buff around the face. Apply more if necessary to build coverage.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
If an item is damaged upon receipt we can either refund you for that item or send you a new one. Contact us via the form and once we have replied it would be really helpful for you to provide a picture so we can feedback to our warehouse / courier.
If you have received an incorrect or missing an item form your order we can either refund for that item or send another. The solution will be dependent on your preference.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs. Please state a reason for return and where possible the original order number for our reference. Note we cannot accept opened items due to hygiene reasons so any opened or used items will not be processed.
If you return your order please retain your proof of postage. In the unlikely event the parcel is lost this provides you proof of returning the goods to us. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Please note we are only able to process the return and refund for items purchased on muastore.co.uk and within the 14 day window. Items that have been opened we are unable to process.
