MUA PRO/BASE REFRESH & REVIVE UNDER EYE PRIMER

The title is more impressive than the product

"If you just want an undereye Moisturiser that comes in small tube this is ok. Very light but thats it , the product description is miss leading ,been using for a few weeks now , there is no immediate or longer use difference to the under eye area . I would't recommend if you really want something to refresh and revive eye area there are better products out there in the same price range"
