Good formula!

"I buy drugstore to high end eyeshadows a lot. This palette reminds me of the combined version of the Mario master mattes in the neutral and original palette. Funnily enough, MUA's mini palettes look like Natasha Denona's. I swatched their palettes in the store, loved the formula of the minis and normal sized palettes, but settled on this one for now. This is so nice and versatile, the matte shades outdo some of the high end eyeshadows I've bought, like Too faced, or like other mid-drugstore prices like Morphe, or Beauty bay. Ultimately my favourite matte eyeshadow formulas are Pat Mcgrath, but the MUA ones from specifically this palette are up very high on the list. These feel very easy to control and blend. To describe the formula, I'd say it's velvety soft, but not powdery or crumbly (I found this with the Beauty bay palettes). This is nothing like the dry formulas you feel in MAC palettes either. I can't really comment on wear time as I don't wear eyeshadow primer. The only reason I took off a star is because 2 of the eyeshadows have similar shades (middle row: shades 2+3 and 4+5 from left to right) (last row: shades 4+5 left to right, 5 isn't really a black which I felt like would've been needed). Also this palette doesn't seem to close like the other MUA palettes, where there's a notch to open or close it. There's no magnets either, it's just an open/close lid."
