Orders received before 1pm will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as being placed the following working day*.
Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered on the following Monday unless a Saturday delivery is selected. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

All European orders are sent tracked via UPS and will be delivered to you within 7 days of the date of purchase. Using the code provided in your confirmation email, you can track the progress of your order at www.ups.com

We are not responsible for import custom charges. If customer refuses to pay them and the parcel is returned to us we won’t offer a refund.
If an item is faulty upon receipt we can either refund you for that item or send you a new one. If you have received an incorrect or missing an item form your order we can either refund for that item or send another. The solution will be dependent on your preference.
